I’ve eaten at Smitty’s two times and both times have been wonderful. I ordered the ribeye medium rare both times. They use a butter sauce as the primary seasoning and is unlike most steak seasonings I’ve had, which sets it apart. I did not care for the garlic mashed potatoes, but the baked potato was just fine. Definitely recommend this place as they offer a variety of dishes. Steaks, seafood, and pasta. I forgot to take a picture because I wanted to eat my steak so badly.
Great ambiance. Hard wood floors, old bar. Great beer, wine and spirits menu. Meal size was too large to consume at one setting. Waitstaff friendly and helpful.
This is the best steak, chicken parmigiana, and bruschetta ive ever had in my entire life.. i am giving 5 stars but the music and the decor is very outdated.. the food and service were perfect!!! I live in Nashville and have been wondering if you guys could fedex me a steak cooked medium??!! ??
Best steak in Evansville, hands down. This is probably my favorite local place, whenever I have some extra dough I always love going here. Great whiskey and wine selection, as well! I highly recommend the porterhouse, medium rare, with whatever whiskey you enjoy (a rye is my recommendation). Pastas good too if meat isn’t your thing.
